DAY 1: Highligths

• Lunch at Cal Xim
• Transfer to Priorat
Cal Xim
Taste the traditional catalonian at Cal Xim, where Santi and his brother Josep Maria will delight you with local products.
The restaurant is located in Sant Pau de Ordal in the middle of wineries and views to the vineyards.
You will taste different wines from the region
Priorat: Wine Route
vineyards, cellers, small mountain villages, beautiful views of mountains with awesome rock formations, all through secondary roads with very little traffic.
A true paradise for cyclists.
The roads are full of climbs, but worth the effort.
DAY 2: Highligths
• 90 kms
• 1700 mt elevation
• Visit to Trossos de Priorat: Boutique winery
Montsant: Cister Road
Departing from the winery of Trossos del Priorat, we will be riding to the village of Siurana to enjoy the spectacular views of all the region.
Then we will continue riding to Poblet to see the magnificent Cistercians monastery.
DAY 3: Highligths
• 72 kms
• 1300 mt elevation
• Visit Poblet
• Transfer to Sitges
• Paella dinner
Monasterio Poblet
Before leaving to Sitges, we can visit Poblet.
This Cistercian Monasteri Has been awarded as World Heritage By Unesco.
The monks that lived here had been elaborated wine since over century ago, It´s part of the Montsant wine region.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment:
25% of the total price at the moment of reservation.
Total payment 1 month before tour starts.
Cancelation:
50% of the total payment will be charged in case of cancelation 15 days or less before the trip.
100% of the total payment will be charged in case of cancelation 72 hours or less before the trip.

The guide reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any moment due to safety reasons, weather conditions or the physical condition of the client.
In case we are obliged to cancel any activities due to climate/weather conditions or for safety measures, no refund will be done.
